Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern use of the LOBL website and the Inner Circle membership and website setup services purchased from LOBL Properties LLC, referred to on this site as Living Our Best Lives Properties LLC ("LOBL"). Please read these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cancellation and Refund Policy, and your checkout or written service description before purchasing. Keep or print a copy.

1. Agreements and service scope

Colorado only. LOBL's current service area and licensing are limited to the State of Colorado. We will provide website updates as the business expands and before offering services in another state, subject to required licensing and authorization. A destination inquiry or preliminary discussion does not confirm authorization or availability outside Colorado.

A paid service begins only through an accepted order or written agreement. An inquiry, consultation request, newsletter signup, business submission, or prototype account does not by itself purchase or confirm a service. The accepted scope describes deliverables, availability, timelines, and any additional agreed charges. We will not add work or fees without agreement.

These general website Terms do not replace a lease, rental or lodging agreement, transportation booking, ceremony agreement, or another service-specific contract. Those engagements require their own applicable terms. The Inner Circle refund rules do not automatically establish cancellation charges for weddings, funerals, transportation, or property services. Mandatory consumer, housing, transportation, privacy, and other applicable protections remain in effect.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and conduct

Purchasers must be adults with capacity to enter the agreement and authority to act for any business they represent. Provide accurate information, safeguard login credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. Do not share protected member content or account access without permission.

Do not use the website or member services for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, infringing, harassing, malicious, or fraudulent activity. Do not interfere with security or upload content you lack permission to use. LOBL may take proportionate steps to protect people and the service, subject to your agreement and applicable law. A safety-related restriction does not automatically eliminate a lawful refund right.

3. Club and VIP pricing

Club membership is $29.99 per month or $341.89 prepaid for a year. VIP membership is $49.99 per month or $569.89 prepaid for a year. Annual pricing reflects a 5% discount from twelve monthly payments, rounded to the nearest cent: Club $359.88 before the discount; VIP $599.88 before the discount. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable tax is disclosed at checkout.

For customers who already have a website and need the agreed minor support, promotional linking, and Inner Circle participation, only the selected membership fee applies. A brand-new website creation and setup project adds a separate one-time fee of $149.99 for Club or $169.99 for VIP. Setup and membership use separate checkouts. Confirm the project scope with LOBL before paying the setup fee.

Membership is not a purchase of unlimited design work, independent domain registration, third-party hosting, advertising spend, or services not included in the agreed package. Any such costs or work require separate disclosure and agreement. Ownership, licensing, transfer rights, and specific deliverables for a newly created website will be addressed in the project agreement; no ownership of a customer's pre-existing domain, brand, or content is transferred merely by joining.

4. Recurring billing and cancellation

MONTHLY AND ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE SELECTED FREQUENCY UNTIL CANCELED. The selected price, charge frequency, renewal information, and any setup fee must be reviewed before payment. Your checkout and customer account show your billing schedule; joining does not mean all customers are billed on the first of the calendar month. A one-time setup payment does not itself create recurring setup charges.

You may cancel future renewal online at any time through your Squarespace customer account. Use Member Login, open the membership under your account's subscription or membership controls, and select cancellation. If you cannot complete cancellation online, email CharleneHamm@LOBLPropertiesllc.com or use the Contact form to clearly request cancellation. You do not need to call, attend a consultation, or accept a retention offer to cancel.

No future renewal fee is due after effective cancellation. A timely cancellation delayed by LOBL processing will not be used to impose an additional renewal charge. Refund eligibility is a separate question governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy; requesting a refund is not a condition of stopping renewal.

LOBL will provide retainable purchase acknowledgments, material-change notices, and legally required renewal notices. Existing customers retain their agreed price and terms unless changed through an authorized process with required notice or consent. Posting new prices alone does not reprice an existing subscription.

5. Refund policy and calendar cutoff

The initial membership payment is refundable when cancellation is received within seven calendar days after first signup. A separate setup payment is refundable when cancellation is received within seven calendar days after that setup payment. After its seven-day window, the setup fee is nonrefundable, except as required by law or a more favorable written agreement.

For established monthly memberships, the policy uses the THIRD CALENDAR DAY OF THE MONTH, not three days after a charge. Monthly charges made after the third calendar day may therefore be nonrefundable when charged, subject to the initial seven-day rule and mandatory rights. Annual cancellations may qualify for a refund of eligible unused membership months and immediate loss of LOBL-provided access. 6. Business profiles, intellectual property, and third parties

Publication requires the business's permission and LOBL review. You retain rights in your pre-existing materials and grant LOBL the permission reasonably needed to prepare, host, display, and promote the agreed profile while participation is active, subject to the agreed scope. Tell us if content or permission changes. Public profiles may be indexed or copied by others.

LOBL's site design, logo, text, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may read, save, and print these policies for your records. Other commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows it. Report a content-rights concern to Charlene with the affected URL and an explanation.

Inner Circle listings reflect a paid relationship and LOBL's stated review process, not a guarantee of another business's performance, licensing status, prices, or outcomes. Confirm current details directly with the business. Third-party websites and providers apply their own terms; LOBL does not promise results, revenue, leads, legal outcomes, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Access, service interruptions, and retained records

The member-page editing area identified as a prototype is a demonstration, not a promised production self-service dashboard. Real membership billing is managed through Squarespace. Available benefits and any profile-management process are described in the purchased package and agreed with LOBL.

Cancellation can end LOBL-hosted pages, listings, promotional links, support, or member access as described in the refund policy. It does not authorize LOBL to cancel an independently owned domain registration or take an independently operated customer website offline. Keep your own copies of your materials. Relevant business records may be retained under the Privacy Policy after service access ends.

We will address a material failure to provide agreed paid services under the applicable agreement and law. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable protections relating to fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.

8. Changes, governing law, and contact

Colorado law and applicable federal law govern these Terms, without removing protections another jurisdiction makes nonwaivable. We welcome a direct discussion of a concern; these Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, waive a jury, prohibit truthful reviews, or waive a legally protected claim.

We identify the version and effective date. Material contract changes for existing customers require the notice or consent applicable law requires. The version accepted with the order and a more specific written agreement control that purchase, subject to mandatory law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent lawful.
