Living Our Best LivesProperties LLC
Effective October 25, 2026 | Version 2026-10-25
LOBL Properties LLC, referred to on this website as Living Our Best Lives Properties LLC ("LOBL," "we," "us," or "our"), explains here how it handles information about visitors, customers, prospective customers, and Inner Circle members. This notice covers our website, its forms, and related LOBL communications. Separate providers and independently operated business websites have their own privacy practices.
1. Information we collect and its sources
You provide information when you submit an inquiry, request a consultation, join our newsletter, purchase a membership or setup service, contact us, or provide an authorized business profile. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, business name, website or domain, requested services, event details, communications, and the business content you choose to share.
Squarespace and payment providers process account, order, billing, payment, refund, and subscription information. LOBL can receive transaction records, payment status, and limited payment identifiers. Use the secure checkout for payment information; do not send full card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, identification documents, or medical records through ordinary website forms or email.
Our hosting, security, and website providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, cookies, and security events. Google services used for spam protection or embedded resources may also receive technical information. We may receive relevant information from an authorized business representative or a service provider assisting with your request.
2. Why we use information
We use information to respond to requests; plan and deliver agreed services; administer accounts, memberships, payments, refunds, and customer support; prepare and maintain authorized business profiles; protect the site and prevent fraud; maintain appropriate business records; and meet legal obligations. We use newsletter information to send updates you request and to honor unsubscribe choices.
We collect only information reasonably needed for these purposes. Please provide information about other people only when you have permission or another lawful basis. If a service requires sensitive information or a use requiring separate consent, we will address that separately. Merely submitting an inquiry does not authorize publication of your information or activate a paid service.
3. Providers, sharing, and public business profiles
We share information with Squarespace for website hosting, forms, customer accounts, membership administration, and related services; with payment providers for secure payments and refunds; and with providers supporting communications, security, or agreed work. Authorized staff and professional advisers may access information reasonably needed for their duties. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, investigate misuse, or respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell customer contact lists. Inner Circle participation is a paid business-promotion relationship. A business profile, its approved contact information, website link, images, or introduction may become publicly visible only after authorization and review. Public information can be copied by visitors or search engines. Do not include private information in a profile you authorize us to publish.
We do not obtain credit reports merely because you browse this site, submit an inquiry, or purchase an Inner Circle membership. Any future screening process requiring different information or permissions would be explained separately.
4. Cookies and external services
Essential technologies support functions such as secure login, checkout, fraud prevention, and preferences. Optional analytics or other nonessential technologies may support understanding site use. Where available, use the site's cookie controls to accept, reject, or change optional-cookie preferences. You can also manage cookies through your browser; blocking essential cookies may affect login or checkout.
External websites, payment services, embedded resources, and Google spam-protection services apply their own notices. Review Squarespace's privacy notice at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy and Google's notice at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Service providers may process information in the countries where they operate, subject to applicable requirements. We will address legally required consent and opt-out choices if our uses change.
5. Retention, cancellation, and legal holds
As LOBL's business recordkeeping policy, we retain relevant customer and project history, invoices, agreements, purchase and refund records, and important permission or cancellation documentation for at least seven years after the later of account closure or the last related transaction, and longer when required for applicable tax, legal, insurance, or dispute-resolution purposes. This is our retention policy, not a statement that every record has a universal seven-year legal requirement.
Relevant records are preserved while an audit, reasonably anticipated or pending dispute, investigation, litigation, appeal, or other legal hold requires them. A customer's unrelated legal matter does not automatically restart a seven-year period for all of that customer's data. After a hold ends, we review the applicable remaining retention requirements rather than assume an automatic restart.
Cancellation or website deactivation does not erase retained business records. This retention policy is not a promise to keep a customer website running, preserve every draft, or provide a complete restoration or backup service. We periodically review other inquiries and technical information and remove or de-identify information no longer needed, subject to provider retention, backup, and legal requirements. Newsletter removal may leave a minimal suppression record so we can respect the opt-out.
6. Your choices and privacy requests
You may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting Charlene. Transactional communications about an existing purchase, cancellation, security issue, or legal obligation may still be sent. Newsletter consent is separate from purchasing a membership.
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or an applicable opt-out. Colorado and other privacy laws may provide additional rights when their coverage requirements apply, including rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We will verify authority proportionately, respond within applicable legal deadlines, explain any lawful limitation, and provide required appeal information. You may appeal a privacy decision by emailing Charlene with "Privacy appeal" in the subject. No policy provision limits a nonwaivable privacy right or a complaint to the Colorado Attorney General.
7. Security, children, and the private prototype
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and risk, including access restrictions and hosted security features. No system is completely secure. Report a suspected privacy or security issue to us; legally required notices will be provided when applicable.
Our account and purchasing services are for adults who can enter the relevant agreement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our forms or member accounts. An adult should handle family or ceremony inquiries. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information improperly.
The separately linked member-page editing prototype remains owner-private and is not the public Squarespace customer account. Its draft records are separate from Squarespace form and payment records. Do not treat the prototype as a production multi-business member portal.
8. Changes and contact
LOBL's current service area and licensing are limited to Colorado. We will update this website as the business expands, subject to the required authorizations.
We show the effective date and version on this notice. Material changes will be communicated as required by law, and new consent will be requested when required. A privacy notice explains practices; acknowledging it does not waive your rights or constitute blanket consent to unrelated uses.
